2021 "Town Hall Bell"

A beautiful and festive sparkling white wine that is aged for 9 months on the lees after bottle fermentation. The wine is semi-dry but otherwise the same wine as "Dronningen". With a little more sweetness, it goes better with the wreath cake when the clock strikes midnight.Happy New Year!
