Our history

Vrangbækgård is a classic small agricultural property from the mid-19th century, which has been in the Andersen family's hands since 1917. It is now the 3rd generation that runs the farm.
The operation is organic with the main emphasis on herds of Gotland fur sheep, (previously also Scottish longhorn cattle and old Danish country pigs), but since 2011 a vineyard has also been developed, which has gradually grown to 0.4 ha. In 2021 we were registered as a commercial producer of organic wine.
